Ian Turner – Chief Executive Officer

A graduate in Industrial Engineering and a trained product designer, Ian worked for a number of companies in the UK and Europe before joining Tunewell Transformers Limited, a manufacturer of transformers and power supplies for lighting. Having been Commercial and Managing Director, he established spin-out business Juice Technology Limited in 2001 to develop innovative power and data distribution technologies. Juice has developed award winning products for client companies and won a variety of business awards including the i10 Award for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Destination Growth ‘07.

Ian has been Chair of the North London Chamber of Commerce, President of the British Sign and Graphics Association and currently serves on the Learning and Skills Council London North. A keen masters athlete and coach.


Phil Rimmer – Chief Technical Officer

An innovative engineer with several patents to his name, recognised by his peers as a talented inventor. A Physicist by training, graduating from Liverpool University in Physics and Electrical Engineering. On leaving University he worked as a lecturer at I M Marsh College, later to be absorbed into the universities of Liverpool. On leaving teaching, Phil founded his own company, Pantechnic to continue the development of very high performance acoustic equipment, professional high power amplifiers and audio control equipment; he and his company went on to win various contracts with the Automotive Industry, Admiralty, and BAE, in the power distribution, sonar and the flight simulations arena .Tunewell Transformers then acquired Pantechnics where Phil headed up the electronic division to complement the electrics activities of Tunewell. In 2001 Juice Technology was separated from Tunewell and Phil became the CTO, responsible for the development of the patented technology which Juice’s product range is built upon.
 


Peter Lyne – Business Development and Sales Director

Peter is a decisive sales driven executive with international experience of running teams that deliver high performance. He has experience in helping technology companies realise their potential. He has an excellent Sales track record which combined with solid General Management, experience in running Global Sales accounts, Sales Divisions and Customer and Professional Services Organizations in both medium sized companies and managing operations within large corporations. Peter has spent his career in the Telecommunication and IT industries covering most facets of the industry. Peter was previously President – Professional Services EMEA of Nortel Networks Inc., He has an impressive international background and has run or worked within all sides of the business. (Vendor, Customer, Service Provider, Service management,) He has a personality which encompasses natural leadership skills, motivational capabilities and a style which encourages and drives business development, delivers results and impacts performance.

He also has experience of dealing with Government operations in his role as Chairman of the Learning and Skills Council for North London, and as a Council member on the London LSC Regional Board. Peter is a governor at Haringey 6th Form Centre. In 2002 Peter was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Middlesex University for his Services to Education and Skills.
